This Privacy Policy describes the overall Relief (referred to below as "Relief ", "we", "us", and "our") policy, explaining to you how we collect and process information when you use Relief. We are fully aware of how important it is to keep your personal information confidential, safe, and discrete. This Privacy Policy is to inform you what information we collect when you use the Relief Services, and what information is to be shared by those Companies that have cooperation with us if any. 1. What kind of Information do we collect

a. Information you provide

(i) Relief provides you with an intermediary platform where you can have meditation, and breathing exercises. To provide you with better services experiences on Relief we collect different types of data when you choose and use different functions:

(ii) Information you provide. We collect the information you provide when registering in order to use Relief, including your personal information such as your name, email address, or any other personal information, and login information such as session start/stop time, time zone, and network connection type (e.g., WiFi, cellular). Such information facilitates your use of or getting paid. We need such information to manage our services so that you do not have to login into Relief each time when you use Relief.

(iii) Your use of Relief. We collect information when you use Relief, including the time you log in, how long you stay in the app, which functions you access, what content you view, select, or like, and the duration and frequency of your respective activities.

(iv) Networks and connections. We collect information about what you choose to view and like on your own Relief account.

b. Device Information

As the foregoing mentioned, in order to provide you better service on Relief, it is also necessary for us to collect data that help us update, optimize, personalize and improve our services to you on Relief.

We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, device identifiers set by your device operating system, and mobile network information (like your connection type, carrier and region).

Such information is gathered by Relief, so it can be used by Relief for the purpose of online retargeting only. NPRI information collected by Relief for providing your better service purposes is completely anonymous. None of the NPRI information, under any circumstances, individually or grouped together, can be traced back to a specific individual, and, upon expiration of one year period of collection, all NPRI will be routinely destroyed.

a. To Provide Better Services of Relief

We use the information we collect to provide services to you, including personalized features and content, such as the meditation contents you could access after registration and login-in your account. Such personalized features are uniquely relevant to you.

b. Safety, integrity, and security

We use the foregoing information we collect to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, and detect and prevent the virus, plug-ins, trojans, or other malicious programs or software. These safeguard measures maintain the integrity and good business environment of Relief, which, in turn, provides you better service experiences on Relief. a. Law enforcement or legal request

Relief discloses personal information when required by law, judicial process, warrant, subpoena, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary for the following:

To conform to the edict of the law or comply with a legal process served on Relief or its Website or Services. To protect and defend the property rights of Relief, the Relief Website, or that of Relief Users or to act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Relief Users, employees, or the general public.

4. How to manage your information on Relief

You are of full rights and Relief provides you choices on our product to manage your information at your own selection.

a. Opting-out

Managing and Opting Out of Relief's information collection services is easy; however please note that by Opting Out, you will not be able to take full advantage of our services. By deleting your cookies, you will diminish Relief’s ability to provide personalized services. However, you must ensure you clear your cookies each time you interact with Relief to ensure you are not receiving personalized services.

By visiting the Relief, you consent to our collection, use, and share of any data as outlined above. If there are any changes to the policy statement you will be notified before the continued use of our technology on the Relief product interface. Although we may alter the privacy policy at any time if any changes are made you will be notified publicly on Relief’s product interface as soon as the adjustment is made.

5. Security

At Relief, the security of your information is our utmost priority, and we take many strict measures in order to protect our data from unauthorized access and unauthorized disclosure or destruction of data. Our data is only stored in centers that provide the highest quality security for your information. Physical access is strictly controlled both at the perimeter and at building ingress points by professional security staff utilizing video surveillance, and other electronic means.

6. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information

Right to information and access you have the right to know if we process personal data about you. If we do, you also have the right to receive information about the personal data we process and why we do it.

a. Right to have erroneous data corrected

If the data we hold about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected. You also have the right to supplement incomplete information with additional information that may be needed for the information to be correct.

We may contact you via email with updates about the services that we offer or any changes that we have made to Our App.

b. Right to have data deleted

In some cases, you have the right to have your data deleted. You have the right to have your data deleted if:

(ii)The data is used for direct marketing and you unsubscribe from it

(iii) You oppose use that is based on our legitimate interest and we cannot show compelling grounds that outweigh your interests

If you are not using the online backup services you can simply just uninstall the Relief app in order to remove any stored data. If you choose to delete your account, please note that while most of your information will be deleted within a few days, it may take up to thirty (30) days to delete all of your information, like the data stored in our backup systems. We may preserve data for legal reasons or to prevent harm.

If we delete data following your request, we will also inform those we have shared your data with, provided that it is not impossible or too cumbersome

7. Limitation of Liabilities

Relief has no direct control over, nor does it bear any responsibility for the privacy policies and/or content of any sites or on Relief Services, or the data these sites might deposit on your hard drive.
